Welcome to Value Research Peptides (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) and/or purchasing our products (the “Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or place any orders.
Information on this Site is provided for general laboratory and scientific information only and does not constitute medical, veterinary, or other professional advice. Products have not been approved, cleared, or authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority for any medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Site and purchase Products.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, restrict, or cancel orders, or suspend or terminate accounts, if we suspect fraud, misuse, or non‑compliance with these Terms.
2. Research Use Only – No Human or Animal Use
All Products sold by Valure Research Peptides are labeled and intended FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY. They are NOT INTENDED FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION OR FOR USE IN DIAGNOSTIC, THERAPEUTIC, OR CLINICAL PROCEDURES.
By purchasing from us, you represent and warrant that:
You are acquiring the Products solely for legitimate laboratory or research use.
You will not use the Products for any application that would require approval, clearance, or authorization by the FDA or any similar regulatory authority.
You will not use the Products for any medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, performance‑enhancing, or veterinary purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel sales if we believe Products may be used for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or other non‑research purposes.
You are solely responsible for:
Proper handling, storage, and disposal of all Products.
Reviewing and following any MSDS/COA, safety data, and laboratory best practices associated with the Products.
Ensuring that all personnel using the Products are appropriately trained and qualified.
Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the FDA or any other regulatory authority.
3. Compliance, Resale & Export
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, resale, export, and disposal of Products comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, and institutional policies. This includes, without limitation, any requirements under:
FDA, DEA, and other health authority regulations
OSHA and workplace safety laws
Import/export, hazardous materials, and controlled substances laws and regulations
You agree that:
You will not use the Products in violation of any law or regulation.
You will not resell or transfer Products to any party that you know or have reason to know may use them for prohibited purposes.
4. Ordering, Pricing & Availability
Product descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We strive for accuracy, but typographical, pricing, or system errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed for a Product listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. If payment has been processed, we will issue a corresponding refund.
Vial lots may exhibit minor variations within normal analytical tolerances. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request.
5. Payments, Taxes & Chargebacks
Payments are processed by third‑party payment processors. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees are your responsibility and are calculated at checkout.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to attempt to resolve any issue. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension and/or legal action.
6. Shipping & Delivery
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of Products to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, carrier errors, customs holds, or events outside of our reasonable control.
7. Purchase Acceptance
You must carefully inspect all shipments upon receipt.
Any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within two (2) business days of delivery and must include photos and relevant order details.
If you do not notify us within this timeframe, the order will be deemed accepted and complete, and we will have no further obligation to replace or credit the Products.
8. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of research Products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase has been processed, except as expressly provided under the Limited Warranty section below.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and no credit will be issued.
9. Limited Warranty & Disclaimers
We warrant that, at the time of shipment, the Products will conform to our published specifications for the applicable lot.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this limited warranty is, at our option:
Replacement of the affected Product, or
Refund of the purchase price paid for the affected Product.
Except for the foregoing limited warranty, the Products and the Site are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and we expressly disclaim all other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation:
Warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non‑infringement
Any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade
Nothing in our marketing, product descriptions, testimonials, or other content should be interpreted as a claim that any Product is safe or effective for any medical, cosmetic, performance‑enhancing, or diagnostic use, and any such interpretation is expressly disclaimed.
10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of use, business interruption, or reputational harm, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to any Product, the Site, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so the above limitations may apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Valure Research Peptides, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Your purchase, handling, storage, use, or disposal of the Products
Your violation of any law, regulation, or third‑party rights
Your breach of these Terms
